Before Your First Visit
We accept most types of dental insurance. In addition, we offer payment plans for treatment.
You may receive a call from us to confirm your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your visit, please contact our team at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Your First Visit
When you arrive for your initial visit, our friendly team will be ready to greet you. We look forward to welcoming each patient into our office!
Our orthodontists will provide a clinical orthodontic examination to gain an understanding of your teeth alignment and dental needs. This first visit is meant to answer questions such as:
- Are there any visible problems that need to be addressed?
- When can treatment begin?
- What type of treatment is recommended?
- What is the expected treatment time?
- What is the cost of treatment?
Following your examination, the following will be taken if time allows. Otherwise, this can be scheduled for the following visit:
- Digital images of the teeth & face
- Study models of the teeth
- Panoramic & cephalogram radiographs
Once treatment begins, we’ll send you home with a care package containing what you need to care for your smile throughout treatment. This may include wax for braces or a container of rubber bands if you receive treatment such as traditional or clear braces.
Lastly, you may schedule any necessary future visits before you leave. Our team is available throughout each visit to answer any questions you may have. We look forward to meeting you!
